I'm sorry to inform you that I closed our company 9/26/08

I would like to thank all who have attended my Continuing Education classes. I hope you enjoyed the classes as much as I did teaching you; and that I have helped raise the level of professionalism and knowledge for all of the Mortgage Brokers and Mortgage Loan Officers who have attended my classes.

I have accepted a loan officer position with Wells Fargo Home Mortgage -- Reverse Mortgage Division. I will be going back to Wells Fargo, where I was a loan officer before I started writing and teaching Continuing Education classes.

If you know of any seniors who would like to know more about HECMs (reverse mortgages) and you are not licensed to help them, (with their permission) please call me with their name and phone number. I will be honored to assist them.
